The things hosts ask before getting started.
Who’s behind Innsider, and how it stays free.
Hi, I’m Ori. I’m co-founder & a host at White Camel, a glamping site in Kanab. I kept answering the same questions over and over - where to eat, which trail to hike, is there a kettle in the kitchen. So I built Innsider, a free guide for every host in Kanab.
The guide has two halves. One is yours: your property, your amenities and more. The other is Kanab - restaurants, trails and tours, curated for guests. The tours come from Viator (Tripadvisor), filtered down to what actually fits a guest staying here. If a guest books one, Tripadvisor pays Innsider a commission. It never changes what the guest pays, and nothing is promoted over anything else.
Ori
We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Thanks - your message is on its way!
By creating an account, you agree to the following:
Last updated: August 10, 2026. INNSIDER is operated by WE CAMP LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as INNSIDER (“INNSIDER,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using INNSIDER, you agree to these Terms.
Terms nobody reads protect nobody, so here is the short version first. The full Terms below are what legally applies.
If this short version conflicts with the full Terms, the full Terms control.
INNSIDER is a technology tool that helps hosts build a digital guest guide and lets an AI assistant answer guest questions.
We are not a travel agency, tour operator, property manager, booking service, safety inspector, or insurer. We do not organize, supervise, equip, or control any property, business, tour, activity, product, or service shown through the platform.
WE CAMP LLC owns INNSIDER - the platform, software, design, branding, technology, databases, AI configurations, and all related intellectual property. These Terms give you a limited right to use the platform. Nothing else transfers to you.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, or extract any part of INNSIDER, or use it to build or assist a competing product. You may not remove any copyright, trademark, attribution, affiliate, safety, or legal notice shown through the platform.
You keep ownership of the photos, logos, text, property details, and everything else you provide.
You grant INNSIDER a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, process, and transmit that content, and to let our service providers do the same - solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the platform.
You confirm you own your content or have the permissions needed to use it and to let us process it. You are responsible for any claim arising from content you provide. When your account ends, this license ends, except where limited retention is reasonably required for backups, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or resolving a dispute.
You are responsible for your property, your guests, and the accuracy and legality of everything in your guide - check-in instructions, house rules, amenities, pricing, availability, emergency information, accessibility, and safety details. Keep it current, and don't present AI-generated information as verified fact.
You are responsible for complying with all laws, permits, licenses, privacy requirements, contracts, and insurance requirements that apply to your property, business, content, and guests.
Give us truthful account information and protect your login. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed it without permission. Don't share access in a way that creates security, legal, or operational risk.
Guests don't create an account and are not parties to these Terms.
Your guide shows guests a notice explaining that AI answers may be wrong and that third-party businesses and activities are not inspected or endorsed by INNSIDER. You must not remove, hide, contradict, or obscure that notice. You must not tell guests that INNSIDER has inspected, approved, guaranteed, or stands behind any property, business, tour, activity, product, or service.
As between you and us, your relationship with your guests is entirely yours - communications, safety, bookings, payments, refunds, disputes, and anything guests rely on in your guide.
INNSIDER uses AI to answer guest questions. AI can be wrong, incomplete, misleading, or out of date. It is a convenience, not a source of truth, and must not be relied on for safety-critical, medical, legal, emergency, or financial decisions.
You remain responsible for the information the AI draws on from your guide, and for reviewing and correcting your property information. AI answers are provided without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, suitability, or availability.
INNSIDER may show independent restaurants, attractions, tours, rental providers, and other local businesses. A listing is information - not a promise that a business is safe, licensed, insured, available, suitable, or of any particular quality. We don't inspect, vet, insure, operate, supervise, or control them.
Anyone who books, buys, eats, rents, visits, or takes part does so at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNSIDER is not responsible for any third party's products, food, services, conduct, acts, omissions, safety, licensing, pricing, availability, or outcomes - including illness, injury, death, loss, or property damage.
Any booking or purchase is made directly between the guest and the third-party provider. INNSIDER is not the seller, merchant of record, contracting party, payment processor, tour operator, or fulfillment provider, unless we say so expressly in writing.
We are not responsible for payments, charges, deposits, cancellations, refunds, availability, performance, customer service, or disputes involving a third-party provider. The provider's own terms govern the transaction.
Some activities found through INNSIDER - UTV, ATV and off-road tours, hiking, canyoneering, water activities, climbing, and other outdoor adventures - are inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. INNSIDER does not organize, supervise, equip, or control any of them.
Anyone choosing such an activity does so freely, assumes the risks, and is responsible for evaluating it and for using appropriately licensed and insured operators. To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNSIDER is not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage arising from an activity, tour, food, product, or service found through the platform.
INNSIDER may receive commissions from participating businesses or affiliate partners when guests click, book, or purchase through the platform. We may also show sponsored content. These financial relationships don't make those businesses our agents, partners, or service providers, and don't mean we have vetted or endorsed them.
Where a financial relationship requires disclosure, we disclose it clearly near the relevant content. You must not remove, obscure, contradict, or interfere with that disclosure.
INNSIDER is currently free for hosts. We may show affiliate or sponsored content - tours, car hire, travel insurance, and similar. We may offer paid plans or optional features in the future, including options to remove or change sponsored content.
We will not start charging you for an account you already have for free without telling you first and obtaining any agreement the law requires. Pricing, taxes, renewal, and cancellation rules for any future paid service may be provided separately.
We may add, remove, modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue any feature or any part of INNSIDER at any time. The platform may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures, security events, or technical problems - with or without notice.
We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or secure service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, delays, bugs, data loss, service changes, technical failures, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.
INNSIDER, including the AI and all content, is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, title, and non-infringement.
We try to help promptly, but we don't promise a response time, an outcome, or any level of availability. Slow or unavailable support is not a breach of these Terms.
Don't upload or distribute content that is false, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, offensive, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized. Don't use INNSIDER to harm guests, hosts, businesses, the platform, or anyone else; interfere with the service; bypass security; introduce malicious code; collect data without permission; impersonate someone; or do anything unlawful.
We may investigate suspected misuse, remove content, restrict features, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or create legal, operational, reputational, privacy, or safety risk.
Nothing here creates a partnership, agency, employment relationship, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or joint venture between you and INNSIDER. You have no authority to make representations, warranties, promises, or commitments on our behalf, or to bind INNSIDER or WE CAMP LLC in any way.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INNSIDER, WE CAMP LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, demands, investigations, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to:
We may control the defense and settlement of a covered claim, and you agree to cooperate reasonably. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes liability, obligations, or admissions on us without our written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNSIDER, WE CAMP LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages; for lost revenue, profits, business, goodwill, opportunities, or data; or for losses arising from incorrect or outdated information, AI answers, host content, third-party businesses or activities, illness, injury, death, downtime, technical or security issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
If INNSIDER or WE CAMP LLC is ever found liable, the combined total liability arising from or relating to the platform or these Terms is capped at the greater of the fees you paid INNSIDER in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100.
Where applicable law doesn't allow a particular exclusion or limitation, it applies only to the maximum extent the law allows.
What we collect. Your account email and login details; the content you put in your guide; and usage data such as guide opens, which sections guests view, and the questions guests ask.
Guest data. Guests don't create accounts. When a guest asks a question, we process that question - and the relevant content from your guide - in order to generate an answer. We record limited usage events using a random identifier stored on the guest's device. These may be associated with a guide or property, but are not intended to identify the guest. Guest questions are stored as written, so we can improve guides and answers.
Who else sees it. Guest questions are sent to our AI provider to generate answers. We use third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, and databases. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information. Our current AI provider does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models; if that changes, or if we change providers, we will update this section.
Your responsibilities. You must have the legal right to give us the information you provide. Don't upload sensitive personal information about guests or anyone else unless we expressly request it and appropriate safeguards are in place. Don't put guest names, payment details, or identity documents into your guide.
Retention and requests. We keep data as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period for backups, security, and legal compliance. Hosts and guests may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete their personal data at the contact address below, and we'll handle the request as applicable law requires. A guest making a request should identify the relevant property or guide and provide enough information for us to locate the applicable records without providing unnecessary personal information.
If we publish a separate Privacy Policy, it will supplement this section and, where they conflict, the Privacy Policy will govern.
You can stop using INNSIDER at any time. We can change, pause, restrict, or stop offering the platform, in whole or in part, at any time.
If you close your account, or if we discontinue the platform, you may request a copy of your guide content within 30 days, and we'll provide it in a commonly used format where reasonably possible. After that, we may delete it, subject to backup, security, legal, and compliance retention.
If you delete a unit, guest links you already sent for that unit may stop working immediately. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from a deleted unit, a closed account, a discontinued feature, or a discontinued service.
You confirm that you are at least 18, legally able to enter into these Terms, authorized to act for the host or business named on the account, and providing truthful information.
We may suspend, restrict, or close an account, remove content, or stop providing INNSIDER to any host - at our discretion, with or without cause - including where an account breaks these Terms or creates legal, safety, security, privacy, operational, or reputational risk.
Where reasonably practical we'll give notice first, but we're not required to. Because the platform is free, suspension or closure is not a breach of these Terms, and we are not liable for losses that result.
Sections meant by their nature to survive - including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, liability limitations, privacy, and disputes - continue to apply after your account ends.
You may not transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, the platform, and our rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor, purchaser, or other party in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset transfer, or sale of all or part of the business.
Please contact us first - most issues get resolved that way.
If a dispute can't be resolved within 30 days, you and INNSIDER agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration rather than in court. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Kane County, Utah, before one arbitrator, unless both parties agree to a remote proceeding.
Each party waives the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Either party may still bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court, or seek temporary or injunctive relief where needed to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or platform security.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Opting out affects only this section.
We may update these Terms as the platform changes. We'll update the date at the top, and when a change materially affects your rights or obligations we'll give notice by email or through the platform.
Continuing to use INNSIDER after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you don't agree, stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
These Terms, plus any policies expressly incorporated into them, are the entire agreement between you and INNSIDER about the platform, and replace any prior discussions or agreements about it.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as much as necessary, and the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Headings are for convenience only. These Terms don't give rights to anyone other than you, INNSIDER, and the parties expressly protected by them.
You confirm that you are authorized to represent your business and publish offers on its behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that all prices, discounts, descriptions, availability, contact information, and business details are accurate and kept up to date.
You agree to honor any published offers unless they have expired or been updated.
You confirm that all photos, logos, and marketing materials you upload belong to you or that you have permission to use them. By uploading content, you grant INNSIDER permission to display and promote it on the platform.
We do not currently operate a paid commission program for local businesses. This section applies only if and when we do.
If your business participates in INNSIDER's commission program, you agree to pay the applicable commission for eligible bookings or purchases generated through the platform.
INNSIDER provides marketing and technology services only and does not guarantee bookings, sales, or revenue.
You agree not to publish false, misleading, illegal, offensive, or unauthorized content.
Your business is solely responsible for its products, services, pricing, promotions, guest interactions, refunds, and customer experience. INNSIDER acts only as a marketing and technology platform and is not responsible for disputes between businesses and guests.
INNSIDER may suspend or remove any partner account or listing that violates these Terms or harms the platform or guest experience.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of INNSIDER means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Joining INNSIDER does not create an exclusive partnership. Either you or INNSIDER may end the partnership at any time.
Set it up once. Your guests stop asking, and start exploring.
Free for hosts. No setup fees.
Free guide means free guide.
No walls, no unit limits.
* Free for hosts. We earn a small commission when guests book local tours, never from hosts.

Your questions are sent to an AI provider to answer them, and stored to improve this guide.

Only you see this, in your own lists.
Used when the chat can’t answer. Commas for more than one number.
Vendors will see these details in their own dashboard, so they can pay you directly for approved commissions.
This is only for logistics info about the stay (arrival, WiFi, instructions). Restaurants, attractions, and coupons are managed centrally in the platform's Manager dashboard.
Extra facts for the chat, one per line. It already knows everything you filled in above, and Kanab itself. Blank is fine.
Add guides, copy their guest links, and group them by place. The guide marked Editing now is the one every card above is editing.

Adds a guide to the property you are in now. For a whole new property, use "Add another property".
Copying brings over WiFi, guide, amenities, safety, checkout, restaurants, attractions, hikes, and the AI knowledge box - so if the only real difference is the door code, you're just editing one field afterward.
A separate property (a different business or building) with its own guides. It gets its own group on the login screen, alongside your existing places.

Takes about 2 minutes to install. Once it's on your order confirmation page, orders made through a host's coupon code are detected automatically - no manual reporting needed.
This snippet is unique to your account (and to this listing, if you picked one) - it's how we know an order belongs to you automatically, without any extra setup on your end.

Using a booking system like FareHarbor, Peek, Checkfront, or Rezdy instead, with no page you can edit? Webhook, API, and Zapier support for those are on our roadmap - let us know and we'll prioritize yours.
Log in with your host or vendor email - only the account authorized as platform manager can get in.
Vendors take orders directly on their own site using the coupon code - there's no checkout inside this app. At month's end, each vendor sends the host's commission and the platform fee to you via Venmo, straight to the details here.
When someone opens the site's bare address directly - not logged in, and not a specific property's guest link (e.g. showing the site to a potential host or vendor) - this is the property they'll see on the Guest tab.
Write facts here that apply everywhere on the platform, not to one property - the area, nearby towns, general attraction info, weather patterns, road conditions, and so on. Every guest's AI chat, at every host's property, can draw on this. One fact per line, same as a host's own knowledge box.
Text files only (.txt or .md) - the content gets added to the box above, so review and trim it before saving. PDFs and Word docs aren't supported yet; paste their text in manually for now.

A vendor pastes this snippet once on their site's order-confirmation page. From that moment, every order using one of our coupon codes is detected and reported automatically - no manual entry from the vendor.
Image/emoji, title, description, and a link to the vendor's site - not a full product page.
You followed a reset link - choose a new password below.
Pick which property you want to work on - you can switch anytime from the guide name at the top of the dashboard.
Copy a guest link, move a guide to another property, or delete one. Guides sharing a property become one group on the login screen - type a new name to create one.
Copies the current tab to the guides you tick, replacing their version of that tab.
Pick a vendor, and edit the code/amount to simulate different orders - exactly as it would appear on their real confirmation page.
Click "Load order confirmation page" to start.
Real storefronts (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace) already publish the exact order total in a structured, machine-readable format on this page - that's how Facebook and Google ad pixels already track purchases today. The Innsider pixel reads this field directly, instead of guessing a number from the page text (which breaks the moment there's more than one dollar amount on the page - shipping, tax, subtotal...).
